Mindfulness & Conversation with Setu
Join us for an evening of community and compassion. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice led by Stephanie Battle, Director of Teacher Training at Sacred Brooklyn. Stephanie’s sequence will prepare our bodies, minds and spirits for conversation. After practice, we will gather together and share in response to questions about identity, voice and empowerment. Please wear comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat. There will be light refreshments at the end to replenish and ground our bodies.
